What we know so far
Universal United Kingdom Resort will be Europe's first Universal theme park, built on a 476-acre former brickworks site in Kempston Hardwick, just south of Bedford town centre.
The resort will feature a world-class theme park with several immersive themed lands, a 500-room on-site hotel, and a retail, dining and entertainment complex
Site preparation is already underway, with foundations for the first themed lands expected to be laid by late 2026.
